Support Fresh Brewed Ministries

Fresh Brewed is more than a coffee shop. It's a community. A place of understanding and acceptance. A place where the doors are open for anyone needing help, or a cup of coffee.

Every purchase helps make a difference in our community.

Myrtle Beach offers zero resources to the unhoused and needy in our community. On August 8th, the Myrtle Beach Police Department arrested 14 individuals who were recieving services at the location (and assisting with cleanup outside) and charged them with loitering. Zero other charges were filed. They were arrested for being unhoused.

Kate Curran, the owner of Fresh Brewed Coffeehouse, continues to serve this population through her non-profit, Fresh Brewed Ministries. You can also donate directly at https://freshbrewedmb.org/.

Snark and Spark's partnership with Fresh Brewed Ministries seeks to expand the reach outside the local area for those wishing to support the work being done here, in a town where the focus is on tourism and not people. Each shirt purchased will equate to $14-$16 donation, and each tumbler will be a $20 donation, directly to Fresh Brewed to support their continued services in the community.

Shirts have been donated to Fresh Brewed to sell on site if you are local to the Myrtle Beach area, and are expected in store 9/1/2026.
